Five free explainers a day
Piece Press publishes five free explainers each day at 08:00 UTC. Reciprocal and nofollow pages share that pool. A free page that is ready after those five are filled waits in the free queue and goes live on a later day, in the order it joined. The homepage shows it in that day's edition.
A $29 page does not enter that queue. It goes live the day it is ready. There is no daily cap on paid pages. Once either plan is live, readers get a permanent explainer with a product link in the article. The link attribute follows the plan.
The product link in the article
Every published page contains one product link to the URL you submitted. The link text is a phrase that already appears in the article, and it is the only URL in the body. On the reciprocal free plan and the $29 package that anchor is dofollow: the HTML does not use rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored", or rel="ugc". On the Nofollow plan the product link uses rel=nofollow.
The record is the live page. After publish, open the URL and inspect the anchor. If the link were ever changed, the change would be a correction on that same URL, not a private note.
The attribute matches the plan you chose. It does not describe what a search engine will do with the page. The domain rating of this site is 0. Piece Press does not promise a ranking, a traffic number, or a movement in that rating. Search systems make that decision on their own.
SEO, AEO & GEO — why $29 wins exposure
This stack is on the $29 plan only. The free page is still an editorial story a reader can open, with one product link in the article. It is edited for clarity. It does not get the search, answer-engine, or agent-surface pass described here.
SEO means the title, summary, headings, and product link are structured so a crawler can tell what the product is. AEO means the page is built for answer engines: a direct-answer opening, FAQ schema, speakable selectors, and a Markdown twin. GEO means the opening states what the product is, who it is for, and where to explore it, in sentences a generative engine can quote.
Paid pages also ship Article and SoftwareApplication schema, appear in llms.txt, get a richer cite-ready Markdown twin and RSS entry, a custom featured image for social and Pinterest, a published Pinterest pin, automatic IndexNow for the HTML and Markdown URLs, and up to three schedule-again-for-tomorrow relaunches from the dashboard.
The optimization is editing and markup. It is not a promise that Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other system will rank or cite the page. The thing you can check is the live article and its structured surfaces.
Published Pinterest pin
This is on the $29 plan only. When that article goes live, Piece Press sends the title, summary, and publication URL to post a pin on the Piece Press Pinterest board. One paid page, one pin. You get an email when the pin is live.
The pin is a second public place that points at the article. People who find the pin land on the explainer, which is where the product link lives. The pin does not replace that link, and it is not a second link from Pinterest to the product. Pinterest decides how its own links are treated. What you publish here is the article, and the product link inside it.
The free plan does not include a pin. If a $29 article is later taken down, the pin is removed or updated with it.
IndexNow submission
This is on the $29 plan only. After the page is live, open the publication Actions menu in your dashboard and choose Submit to IndexNow. That pings participating search engines with the public URL so they can learn about the page sooner.
When IndexNow accepts the request, you get a confirmation email. IndexNow is a notification, not a ranking promise. The free plan does not include this submission.
Schedule again for tomorrow
This is on the $29 plan only. From the dashboard Actions menu, schedule a live paid publication for extra homepage exposure tomorrow. The article stays public. It appears in Today on the homepage feed with a relaunch mark, and links to the same article — no new Pinterest pin or IndexNow. Each paid page gets three uses. Free publications can upgrade to $29 in the dashboard to unlock it.
Reciprocal site credit, on the free plan
The reciprocal free page goes live when your site credits Piece Press (piecepress.com). The official badge below is optional — any clear link is enough. A footer or the product page is a normal place for it. Leave it up while the Piece Press page is live. The nofollow plan and the $29 package do not ask for it.
<a href="https://piecepress.com"><img src="https://piecepress.com/piecepress-badge.svg" width="120" height="44" alt="Published on Piece Press" /></a>
Why this is not a directory listing
A directory listing is a logo, a name, and a link in a catalog. The page has nothing to read, so the link has no sentence around it, and an answer engine has nothing to quote. A Piece Press page is an article. The homepage is the index of those articles.
The longer comparison is on editorial publications.
Why this is not a $500 agency quote
An SEO agency commonly quotes $500 to $1,000 for coverage on a site you do not operate, and the URL can be hard to inspect. Piece Press is the publisher. The article and, on the $29 plan, the Pinterest pin are public on the day the page goes live.
You are paying for that explainer and its distribution, not for a ranking report. Send the product from the submit page.
Questions
What can I verify on a published Piece Press page?
The live page on piecepress.com is a readable explainer with one product link to the URL you submitted. On the Free and $29 plans that anchor does not use rel nofollow, rel sponsored, or rel ugc. On the Nofollow plan the product link uses rel=nofollow. Open the published URL and inspect the link. The attribute matches the plan. The domain rating of this site is 0. The page does not promise a Google ranking, a traffic number, or a change in that rating.
What is the Nofollow plan?
Nofollow is free community coverage and requires no site credit. The product link in the article uses rel=nofollow. Reciprocal free and nofollow share the same five daily slots at 08:00 UTC. One nofollow publication is allowed per project. Upgrade to $29 anytime for a dofollow product link and the full editorial and distribution package.
What does SEO, AEO, and GEO optimized mean on the $29 plan?
SEO means the title, summary, headings, and product link are edited so a search engine can tell what the product is. AEO means the page is structured for answer engines: a direct-answer opening, FAQ schema, speakable selectors, and a Markdown twin. GEO means the opening states what the product is, who it is for, and where to explore it, in sentences a generative engine can quote. Paid explainers also get Article and SoftwareApplication schema, an llms.txt listing, auto IndexNow, and a custom featured image. Free and nofollow pages are still edited for clarity and the single product link, without that pass.
What is the Pinterest pin?
On the $29 plan, Piece Press publishes one Pinterest pin about the explainer at 10:00 UTC on the launch day. The pin links to the live publication URL. Free and nofollow do not include a pin.
What is IndexNow on the $29 plan?
IndexNow lets participating search engines know when a URL is new or updated. Paid explainers are submitted automatically when they go live (HTML and Markdown), and you can re-submit from the dashboard Actions menu. IndexNow is a ping, not a ranking guarantee. Free and nofollow do not include it.
What is Schedule again for tomorrow?
On the $29 plan you can give a live explainer extra homepage exposure up to three times from the dashboard. Free and nofollow publications can upgrade to $29 in the dashboard to unlock it.
What does the free reciprocal plan require?
Your site credits https://piecepress.com — a natural text link is enough; the official badge image is optional — and that credit stays up while the page is live. The product link in the article is dofollow. One reciprocal publication per project. Reciprocal and nofollow pages share five slots each day at 08:00 UTC. You do not get the SEO/AEO/GEO pass, Pinterest pin, IndexNow, or relaunches.
How many publications can one project have?
One reciprocal community publication, one nofollow publication, and unlimited $29 publications per project.
Why is this $29 when agencies charge $500 to $1,000?
Agencies often charge $500 to $1,000 for coverage on a site you do not run. Piece Press publishes the page here. Community coverage is free — reciprocal site credit, or nofollow with no credit. $29 is the full editorial and distribution package.
Why do free and nofollow pages wait?
Piece Press publishes five free-tier pages each day at 08:00 UTC — reciprocal and nofollow share that pool. When those five are filled, more free or nofollow pages wait in the queue. A $29 page does not enter that queue — it joins the edition the day it is ready.
